3.4 “Metadata Content” means the metadata provided by user to Dekagon Prrop Search including, but not limited to any text, data, images, and other content provided and/or authored by user
3.5 “Metadata” means a set of data that provides information that describes and explains data. It provides context with details such as the source, type, owner and relationships to other data sets.
3.6 “Updates” means updates, refreshes, corrections and/or other modifications.
4 . User Registration

10.Indemnification

11 . Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language, documents and pleadings as also the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The proceedings shall be conducted in Pune, Maharshtra, India only.
11.2 Subject to the preceding paragraph, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, differences or claims arising out of th ese T&Cs .
